RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Dianaslike, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

•⁠  ⁠Unused and unopened
•⁠  ⁠In its original packaging
•⁠  ⁠In the same condition in which you received it
•⁠  ⁠Accompanied by proof of purchase

2.⁠ ⁠Beauty and Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, haircare, skincare, or personal care products cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

•⁠  ⁠Opened or used products
•⁠  ⁠Products without their original packaging
•⁠  ⁠Items damaged after delivery due to customer use
•⁠  ⁠Gift cards
•⁠  ⁠Items specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

5.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

6.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
